Your mind has the power to see towards the life as negatively and it also has the power to make you feel inspired to do better. Happiness starts in your thought process. Changing your perspective, will change your world. Remember that in a way to control your life, you must be in control of your thoughts. Be aware of your own thoughts, replace toxic and negative thoughts for positive affirmations and you will notice both your life and mindset changing and improving.

Learn to respect and love yourself. Spend some time to know yourself and to do what makes you happy. Everything that happens in your life, all the hurdles that you have to overcome and all the setbacks that you may have in your path, are part of your journey to success. Your ego always tries to tell you to continue feeling passive and trapped, but a major part of having self respect is being able to be brave to come out of your comfort zone. Always remember that you are free to live your life to its fullest and deserve to be happy and jollity.
